Project Win: Upgrading Scarborough Park Courts

We are thrilled to announce that Glascott Landscape and Civil have been awarded the Scarborough Park Courts upgrade project by Bayside Council. This exciting project aims to rejuvenate the courts, enhancing accessibility and creating a multi-sport facility for the community to enjoy.

The proposed upgrade includes several key elements to maximize recreational use and ensure safety and accessibility. Our scope of work comprises:

  • Upgrading the courts to a compliant acrylic hard court surface, providing a high-quality playing area for various sports.
  • Installing new player and spectator shelters, offering comfort and protection for athletes and spectators alike.
  • Constructing new compliant sports fencing to ensure safety and delineation of the court area.
  • Creating an accessible path from Hawthorne St parking to the courts, ensuring ease of access for all visitors.

The project design aims to be sympathetic to the natural environment of the location, preserving its valued characteristics. The upgraded Scarborough Park Courts will not only accommodate tennis but also cater to other sports such as netball, basketball, volleyball, and futsal, providing a wide range of recreational opportunities for the community.

We are excited to collaborate with Bayside Council and all stakeholders involved to bring this project to life. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and creating a space that will be enjoyed by the community for years to come.

Stay tuned for further updates as we progress with the Scarborough Park Courts upgrade.
