A highly regarded industry expert, Matthew’s businesses have been responsible for creating and managing Australia’s most iconic sites, parks, sports facilities, and public spaces. Matthew sits on the Board at the Royal Botanic Gardens and is Director of Foundation & Friends of the Royal Botanic Gardens. He is passionate about the environment and dedicated to his vision; creating quality urban spaces that leave a lasting legacy.

Ben has held various roles at The Glascott Group over the past 13 years, including Group Commercial Manager and Group Finance Manager. Bringing this experience, he oversees our business operations, optimising processes and implementing effective systems to enhance efficiencies and profitability. Ben leads our teams to deliver exceptional results, ensuring we remain a proactive partner that continues to provide value to stakeholders.

Kylie’s role is crucial in the responsible operation of our businesses. She manages the commercial aspect of our work, ensuring our legal and financial obligations are met. Kylie reviews the policies and negotiates contractual agreements that protect our business, clients and partners so we can continue to operate an ethical and sustainable business.

Gina brings decades of experience working across a broad range of market sectors to The Glascott Group. She works closely with the executive team, sales team and managers to plan and implement regional and national sales and marketing strategies that inform and engage while building long-term partnerships.

Matt has over 34 years of experience and extensive knowledge in landscape and civil construction. Matt joined Glascott Landscape & Civil in its infancy, growing with the business to deliver hundreds of projects. Matt is responsible for the NSW team including Sydney and Hunter Region, overseeing operations and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Glascott Landscape & Civil is managed effectively and sustainably while maintaining the highest standards in landscape construction projects.

Matt has been with Glascott Landscape & Civil for over 10 years and has been integral in building our business into a leading brand. He manages our Queensland and ACT divisions, working closely with clients and our teams to deliver high-end landscape projects. Matt is passionate about building high performing teams and creating successful partnerships that deliver value to clients, communities, and the environment.

Gavin holds a key role at Marsupial Landscape Management, leading our national teams to deliver quality services along the eastern seaboard of Australia. With over 17 years of experience gained on large infrastructure and open space contracts, Gavin ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly and sites are managed safely and efficiently to provide ongoing value for our clients and communities.
