Marsupial Opens in Melbourne

Late last year Marsupial Landscape Management commenced operations in Melbourne after moving into shared office space with Glascott Landscape & Civil.

Marsupial and Glascott are both owned and operated by Matthew Glascott. Mr Glascott is a highly regarded expert in commercial landscaping and has been responsible for the delivery of some of Australia’s most significant landscape projects.

Mr Glascott said opening in Victoria marks an important milestone. “I’m delighted that we are fulfilling our goal of having Marsupial and Glascott operating together along the east coast of Australia, bringing 60 years of collective experience under one roof.”

Marsupial manage large and complex infrastructure, public and commercial assets. They maintain residential communities; commercial premises; motorways, rail corridors, ports and utilities sites; and public assets for councils.

General Manger, Cameron Tracey, said he is excited about the opportunities in Melbourne,“We look forward bringing Marsupial’s capability to the region and extending our offering to our current national customers.”

Marsupial also provide post construction maintenance. They work closely with Glascott to develop an in-depth understanding of each site’s requirements, enabling effective maintenance programs.

Having professional landscape maintenance in-house is a real benefit,” said Glascott’s Victorian Manager, Andrew Gualano. “We are one team, which means we’re aligned in our commitment to provide high quality landscape services for long term success.”

Marsupial aims to grow their Melbourne operation over the next 12 months, replicating their structure in other capital cities, managing large landscape maintenance contracts.
