Ron's Creek project wins 2022 UDIA Social & Community Infrastructure - Open Space Award

We are incredibly pleased to announce that a beloved project of Glascott Landscape and Civil – Dawson Damer Park (Ron’s Creek) has been awarded the best ‘Social & Community Infrastructure – Open Space’ at the UDIA 2022 Award night.

The Urban Development industry was extremely well represented at the award night, which celebrated the best of the best projects and leaders in the industry. A big congratulations to our client Greenfield Development Company and Camden Council who led this project.

Dawson Damer Park, located at the heart of Oran Park Town, is one of the exceptional community facilities designed for adults and children of all ages and abilities to come together and engage with a range of active and passive facilities in the town centre.

The project is a testament to the development industry which continues to demonstrate the highest standards of excellence in technology, sustainability, and cutting-edge innovation in commercial development.

According to UDIA, the Judges “were impressed by the playful thoughtful design and high-quality construction of all landscape and building elements, the range of planting and trees of appropriate scale.” Our consistent collaboration, enthusiasm, and commitment with Camden Council to such a delightful piece of public domain was recognised.

We commend all of our team on their hard work and commitment to this project and greatly appreciate when our projects and efforts are recognised as the highest standards of the industry. We can’t wait to produce future projects that reflect the high-quality and efficiency of Dawson Damer Park.
