New project: Two Lane Upgrades for Queanbeyan

We are delighted be working with Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (QPRC) to deliver upgrades in the city centre.

After securing funds from the NSW Government’s Your High Street grant program, Council are improving safety, amenity and functionality of No Name Lane and Blacksmiths Lane.

The laneways act as a link between carparks, businesses, community and arts venues with the rejuvenation aimed at increasing pedestrian traffic, supporting local businesses, and improving safety and comfort.

The proposed scope of works Glascott will undertake includes upgraded paving, increasing and improving lighting, new seating, soft landscaping, and installation of dedicated public art that will feature community stories.

We are excited to work on these projects and help shape the future of Queanbeyan’s CBD.
