Googong Bunyip Park is Complete!

The new Googong sales office location for our client PEET provides both a home for the Googong Development Team and a place for the public to enquire about land and housing sales.

Works delivered by our ACT team included civil works for the new carpark including water and sewer hydraulic works and drainage, bitumen surface, concrete retaining walls and stairs, exposed aggregate footpaths, garden beds and turf. A bluestone stone wall has been installed as a car park perimeter.

The sale office shares a space with the new Bunyip Park, which includes a children’s playground complete with many different play elements. Landscape surrounding the playground includes concrete retaining walls and exposed aggregate footpaths, garden beds and turf areas, timber seating and timber shade shelters.

A new steel framed timber clad toilet pod was also installed to service both the sales office and park.

Lighting has been installed to both areas and a free public WIFI system is installed, which is to be enjoyed by the public shortly.
