Partnering on Facilities Management Contract

Marsupial was awarded an ambitious new contract by a major facilities management partner; to provide Landscape & Facilities Maintenance services for a major city council.

The new contract is an example of Marsupial’s long-standing belief in the importance of high level customer service and quality partnerships.

The contract involves the maintenance of 52 city assets including city car parks, town hall, childcare centres, community centres and various public spaces.

Marsupial’s scope of works includes:

  • Grass and garden beds maintenance
  • Grandstand maintenance
  • Green wall maintenance
  • Reactive works, weed control, rubbish removal, leaf & litter removal
  • And sustainable rooftop maintenance

 

Marsupial brings together an extremely experienced team with capacity to successfully deliver the highest quality services to schedule. The team have purchased a new van specifically for the contract, providing greater agility and efficiency while working in busy CBD areas.

Marsupial’s tailored reporting system ‘Mtrack’ will provide Council with real time information directly from site. The system enable quick response to situations that arise, and is a highly effective tool in asset management and risk mitigation.
