Complementing Marsupial’s substantial infrastructure portfolio, the business was awarded a two-year grounds maintenance contract for a major water authority.

The contract comprises management of over 150 sites throughout the Sydney metropolitan, Sutherland Shire and the Wollongong region, spanning over 1.2 million sqm of ground across the entire south region and including 17 kilometres of pipelines, waste water treatment plants, pumping stations and reservoirs.

Marsupial’s people are highly experienced in managing infrastructure sites. They will provide ongoing maintenance that include preventative maintenance to mitigate risk and protect sites, along with managing reactive and project works for optimum outcomes.

Mtrack‘ provides real-time reporting directly from site.

Comprehensive operational feedback is provided through ‘Mtrack’ – Marsupial’s bespoke reporting tool. The App based system enables real-time analysis directly from site to the customer including before and after photos, risk assessment and site recommendations. ‘Mtrack‘ is well-regarded and particularly beneficial for customers managing large contracts with multiple sites across various territories.

Marsupial look forward to providing service excellence underpinned by best practice in safety, environment and quality.
