Marsupial Landscape Management provides landscape management to the precinct of Coastal Quarter in the quiet suburb of Little Bay in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Our work entails management of residential and community assets such as street and open space areas set around the heritage building with dwelling surrounded by sprawling lawns and gardens.
Lachlan’s Line is a horticulturally-rich residential community situated between North Ryde and Macquarie Park Stations on Sydney’s North Shore. With over 18,000m2 of public open space, including a central park with all abilities playground, learn-to-skate park, pocket parks, rooftop gardens and regenerated bushland, Marsupial is contracted by Landcom to manage the landscapes and horticulture assets.
Marsupial are undertaking landscape maintenance at Western Sydney Airport (WSA) International Experience Centre for Evolve FM. Our services ensure the landscape are establishes correctly, the site is safe for staff and visitors, and the aesthetic appeal is consistent with the design intent for this critical national infrastructure asset.
Marsupial Landscape Management has a long history on the Northern Beaches with over 20 years of landscape construction and asset management services delivery. Northern Beaches Council sought an experienced and reliable partner in Marsupial to undertake crucial reactive vegetation works across the peninsular.
Marsupial Landscape Management are undertaking landscape maintenance along the Sydney Metro Northwest (SMNW) rail corridor. Our work with Metro Trains Sydney (MTS) follows our establishment delivery, where we worked side-by-side with our sister business Glascott Landscape and Civil during the 2 year construction phase.
Marsupial Landscape Management provided warranty maintenance at Gore Hill Oval following the redevelopment by Glascott Landscape & Civil. The maintenance program was designed to protect and establish the new facility; ensuring hard landscapes are clean and hazard free and soft landscapes develop into the design intended by Willoughby Council and the landscape architect.
