High Park gets off the ground

High Park is our first project for Turrisi Properties. Like Glascott, Turrisi Properties have been established for over 30 years, delivering high quality developments across South East Queensland.

High Park is situated in Wynnum West. Saunders Havill provided landscape architecture with Glascott providing early landscape construction such as the entry statement and streetscapes. The scope of works comprised:

  • Installation of the entry piece signage, cladding, rendering and painting of entry statement wall.
  • Install 55 timber bollards and a steel locking rail around the park.
  • Manage tree lopping, planting of 27 street trees and various shurbs, laying turf and concrete edging.
  • And further variations including concrete steppers, timber edging and gravel mulch.

Glascott delivered works on time and to a high quality, and based on this performance have since been awarded another project with the client and landscape architect team.
