The Moorebank Units Relocation was a major Department of Defence project. The project involved relocating the School of Military Engineering to Holsworthy Barracks and establishing new supporting precincts.

Glascott’s landscape construction work included detailed excavation around the new buildings, turf areas and planting over 3,500 advanced trees. We also delivered large-scale rehabilitation works to protect fragile eco-systems in the area with extensive remediation works to ensure the high natural, cultural and ecological values were protected and enhanced.

Laing O’Rourke won the coveted 2016 Australian Construction Achievement Award for this project.
