Glascott Landscape and Civil’s Brisbane division delivered the landscape project at Main Street Boulevard, between Main Street and Shafston Avenue, Kangaroo Point. The project management was underpinned by safety and ensuring the highly visible space was delivered to the design intended by Council.

Sustainable enhancements included planting waterwise, shade producing street trees and gardens with the works carried out in accordance with the relevant environmental controls. Public artwork was also installed.

Working on a median island on a major thoroughfare meant that construction was carried out efficiently to minimise impact on road operations and users with the safety of site personnel and the public paramount.
