Lendlease engaged Glascott to construct the new sporting & recreational facility at Jordan Springs – the 5.5ha centrepiece of the community.

The project included a 20,000m2 Multi sport Turf Oval, Sand link drainage, irrigation and underground storage tanks, hydraulic services such as; water, sewer, gas and storm water, and a new 350m2 Amenities Building.

Soft landscaping includes 17,000m2 of Turfed open space surrounds, 5000m2 of seeded area, 3500m2 planting including 100s of trees.  There is also learn-to-ride bikes tracks, a Parkour training area, basketball courts, a netball court, an Adizone Practice Wall, exercise nodes, and a dog park.

As principal contractor, our experienced project team managed and co-ordinated a broad range of specialist trades while ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding community. As part of our safe work culture commitment, We partnered with Lendlease to host a Safety Day for the Project Team.
