NEW 32-hectare landmark Sport and recreation destination coming to Penrith City

NEW 32-hectare landmark Sport and recreation destination coming to Penrith City.

We are incredibly excited to be working alongside Penrith City Council for this milestone transformation of what used to be a former waste facility into the new Gipps Street Recreational Precinct for the Penrith Community.

Glascott Landscape and Civil will lead the construction in undertaking remaining remediation, construction, landscaping, and installation work required to bring this innovative precinct design to life.

The development will include “Multiple sports fields, full amenities, inclusive children’s area featuring water play, a dedicated Youth Precinct including a skate park and our city’s very first pump track. There will be outdoor gym equipment, an off-leash dog park, shaded picnic areas with BBQs and beautiful nature walks too,” Cr Hitched added (Penrith Mayor).

We can’t wait to keep you informed as the project commences construction and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023.
