The Seaford Primary School upgrade aimed to meet the growing needs of the community through a new multi-purpose sports & art facility and refurbishing and extending the existing historic administration building.

Our Melbourne team worked closely with Interface Constructions and Openworks to deliver the project to safely specification and the expectations of stakeholders while protecting the heritage aspects.

Restriction barriers were managed by through working around the school hours to ensure safety and the priorities of the children, staff, and contractors. Heightened communication between contractors and subcontractors meant that each stage was completed to the timelines and the exceptionally high standard aligned to the new & improved built structures. The result is a beautiful open space environment for the school community.
